Meeting Room Application

Fill out the form below to apply to use one of the Plainfield Public Library's Meeting Rooms.
Room reservations will be processed in the order that they are received. Room reservations are not guaranteed and are based on availability of rooms and staff. Room reservations are generally processed Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. based on staff availability. Room reservations received outside of this time frame will be processed at the earliest available opportunity

Please see the "Meeting Room Fee Schedule" for Pricing Information. In person payments will not be accepted without a copy of the invoice. Payment must be received one week before the event or the event will be canceled.

  • Please be aware that there is a maintenance fee required if food is served. See the "Meeting Room Fee Schedule" for more information.
  • Available for groups of 30 or more
  • Example: I need access to the room 1 hour before the event.
  • All meetings must end no later than 30 minutes before closing, and/or vacated within 15 minutes of the meeting's end time indicated on the meeting room application. For information on pricing please view the "Meeting Room Fee Schedule".
