Meeting Room Application
Fill out the form below to apply to use one of the Plainfield Public Library's Meeting Rooms.
Room reservations will be processed in the order that they are received. Room reservations are not guaranteed and are based on availability of rooms and staff. Room reservations are generally processed Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. based on staff availability.
Room reservations received outside of this time frame will be processed at the earliest available opportunity

In person payments will not be accepted without a copy of the invoice. Payment must be received one week before the event or the event will be canceled.
