Claudia Flores
Assistant Director

Ms. Flores has been employed as the Assistant Director at the Plainfield Public Library since 2022. She has an MS. in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University and B.A. in Communication from Kean University. She has been working as a professional librarian for over 8 years and was previously the Head of Children’s Services at the Elizabeth Public Library. As the Assistant Director, Claudia supervises the operation of the Children, Adult, and Circulation departments and assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating library services.
