Ms. Martinez comes to the Library with a rich background in community relations within the City. She is a business owner and member of the Union County Latino Chamber of Commerce and is the Plainfield Advisory Commissioner for Hispanic Affairs. She has a degree in Paralegal Studies and has worked as a translator in Somerset County Courts and as an interpreter and advocate for the Hispanic community in Plainfield and Union County for the last 25 years. The Library is fortunate to have her skills and expertise.
